Terms of Use
These terms govern your purchase of and access to EdgeLab. By purchasing, accessing or using EdgeLab, you agree to these terms. Contact: support@edgelabsystem.com.
EdgeLab does not provide investment advice, recommendations, trade signals, brokerage services, order execution, account management or any promise of future performance.
Eligibility and your responsibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for deciding whether futures research or trading is appropriate for you, independently checking every output and export, configuring costs and market specifications accurately, and making every trading decision.
Annual subscription and renewal
EdgeLab Annual costs the price displayed at checkout and renews automatically each year until cancelled. We intend to send a reminder approximately 30 days before renewal. You may cancel renewal at any time; cancellation prevents the next charge but access continues through the paid term. Taxes may be added where required and will be shown before payment.
Account access
Access is personal to the purchasing customer. Keep your email account and sign-in codes secure. You may not share access, allow another person to use your account, defeat access controls or use automated means to probe or disrupt the service. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Licence and permitted use
While your subscription is active, EdgeLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for your own research. You may inspect and use exported EasyLanguage and research outputs for your own trading and research. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute or commercially provide the application, its proprietary filter libraries or downloadable functions to others.
Research and third-party limitations
Backtests, simulations and hypothetical results are affected by data quality, contract specifications, market structure, transaction costs, slippage, liquidity, execution assumptions and software configuration. Historical results do not predict future results. TradeStation and other third-party services are independent products governed by their own terms; EdgeLab does not control their availability, data or execution.
Availability, changes and suspension
We work to keep EdgeLab reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may correct errors, add or remove features, or make reasonable changes needed for security, law or product improvement. If a material change substantially reduces the paid service, we will provide reasonable notice or an appropriate remedy where required by law. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security threats, unlawful use or a serious breach of these terms.
Intellectual property and feedback
EdgeLab, its interface, software, documentation, functions and branding remain protected intellectual property. Your underlying market data and your own research remain yours. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you or identify you.
Refunds and consumer rights
The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. The 14-day first-purchase refund is an additional promise and does not replace rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeLab is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. EdgeLab is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, corrupted or inaccurate third-party data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on research outputs. Where liability can lawfully be limited, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for EdgeLab during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer guarantees that law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
Ending these terms
You may stop using EdgeLab and cancel renewal at any time. We may terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, unlawful conduct or a material security threat, after reasonable notice where practicable. Clauses concerning payment records, intellectual property, research limitations and liability continue where their nature requires.
General
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Mandatory consumer protections and laws that apply where you live continue to apply. We may update these terms prospectively; material changes will be notified before they take effect.
